Rafael Nadal has started 2016 in perfect style, winning the Mubadala Tennis Championship in Abu Dhabi.
Nadal defeated Canadian Milos Raonic 7-6 6-3 to take out the exhibition event.
The World No.5 will now travel to Doha for the Qatar ExxonMobil Open as he attempts to continue his resurgence after a difficult 2015.
Meanwhile, Raonic will travel to Australia to play the Brisbane International in the lead up to the Australian Open.
